Conditioning
Conditioning will be offered to potential basketball candidates the first two weeks prior to the start of the season. While conditioning is not mandatory and does not determine who makes the basketball team, players are encouraged to condition during the provided times or on their own to be sure they have the best chance of participating in try-outs at a high level. If you are still participating in a fall sport you should not come to conditioning. If you are just coming off of a fall sport you should give your body at least one week to rest before starting conditioning.
